Overview

The IMCL 2016 Doctoral Consortium (DC) is an interdisciplinary workshop that provides an opportunity for doctoral students to present their research projects and get valuable feedback from a panel of distinguished researchers. We invite doctoral students (especially those in the first years of their research) in ICT in Education and related areas to apply for this unique opportunity to share their ideas and current work with senior researchers in the field and other students as well.

The IMCL2016 DC will also provide a forum where PhD students can interact, share ideas, and receive constructive feedback on ongoing work from established researchers and fellow students through the Doctoral Consortium Special Session, which will be a session, dedicated to DC Students as part of the program of the main conference.

During the Doctoral Consortium, each participant (i.e. PhD student) will have the opportunity to present ongoing research to the audience of the main conference by means of an oral presentation. Moreover, during this session each DC attendee will meet the members of the DC program committee who are in charge of providing feedback and suggestions on topics of research, career and trends in ICT in Education.
